The modern equivalent of the SB-25. Covers a wider range of lenses, has a better guide number and is compatible with the digital SLR range. This is now my standard flash. I would like to get a SB-6A flash bracket to improve the already good recycle times of the SB-80DX but more importantly get the flash from over the viewfinder to alongside the camera where red-eye is less of an issue irrespective of pre-flashes etc. and in my opinion the whole camera and flash combination becomes more ergonomic and balanced. |
