Once my favourite portrate and medium telephoto lens the 85mm produces staggeringly crisp and sharp images. This one being f1.4 means it can be used almost any time a camera can and often in conditions where a flash might ordinarily be needed, just watch the depth of field though. The lens is at its best fully opened up. |
